to form new firm
BJC TO FORM NEW FIRM
Berli Jucker Plc (BJC) reported a join-investment plan with English
company, Thames Water International Services Holdings Limited, and Thai
Company, Prospac International Limited, to form a new company. The investment
of these three companies will work with the Industrial Estate Authority of
Thailand (IEAT) to provide and manage all water treatement and water
facilities for industrial estates under the authority of IEAT. Details of the
investments are as follows:
@ New Company Name: BJT Water Co Ltd
@ Expected Registered Capital: An initial amount of Bt5 million, into 50,000
shares at Bt100 par.
@ Shareholding Structure: BJC will hold 35 percent, English company, Thames
Water International Services Holdings Limited, will hold 40 percent and the
other Thai company, Prospac International Limited, will hold 25 percent
@ Expected Investment Returns: Dividends, and new technology systems.
BJC said the new company, BJT Water Co Ltd, already signed an agreement
with IEAT on March 25, 1994
