BJC REPORTS ADDITIONAL SHARE PURCHASE IN CELLOX Berli Jucker Plc(BJC) reported an additional share purchase of 12,617,727 shares in Cellox (Thailand) Co Ltd, worth Bt201,994,164 from two foreign shareholders, viz. Daktar Associates Limited of the British Virgin Islands and Kaysersberg S.A. from France. The purchase will increase the company's holding in Cellox from 3 million shares, or 10% of the paid-up capital, to 15,617,727 shares or 52.06% of the paid-up capital. Cellox (Thailand) Co Ltd produces various kinds of toilet paper. There are no previous affiliations between the seller and the buyer, and the company will use its working capital as a source of funds. The purpose of the investment is for BJC to become part of Cellox's management. The expected benefits will be in the form of dividends.
