TO THAMES WATER INTERNATIONAL (THAILAND) CO., LTD.
Berli Jucker Public Company Limited would like to announce the disposal of Thai-Scandic Steel's shareholding
in BJT Water Co., Ltd. to Thames Water International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as follows:
