The reason for the disposal of the assets :This is just part of a plan to increase the capital of Berli Prospack. Berli Jucker will sell some of its existing shares in Berli Prospack to P.T. Dynaplast,the largest rigid plastic container manufacturer in Indonesia. Soon after, all parties will subscribe to new shares in Berli Prospack to increase its capital. Berli Prospack will use these funds to invest in additional machinery and equipment and reduce its debts. The experience, knowledge and technical know-how in rigid plastic packaging of P.T. Dynaplast could help Berli Prospack to become the best rigid plastic packaging company in Thailand in the future. 9.
