Dynaplast investment in Berli Prospack Co., Ltd., a subsidiary.Berli Prospack currently increases its registered capital for another 1,339,334 shares at a selling price of Baht 100 per share thus increasing the company's registered capital to Baht 303,933,400.00 divided into 3,039,334 shares at Baht 100 each. P.T. Dynaplast subscribes 1,073,000 shares thus increasing its shareholding to 1,281,073 shares equivalent to 42.15% of share capital. Berli Jucker subscribes 133,167 shares thus becoming its shareholding to 775,096 shares equivalent to 25.50% of share capital. The other shareholders entirely subscribe the rest of the shares in proportion per their eligible.
