All issued shares are fully paid. 8 Contingencies The Company was contingently liable as guarantor of credit facilities for related parties at 30 September 2000 to the extent of Baht 417.2 million. 9 Subsequent Events In October 2000, The company paid an interim dividend of Baht 15.75 per share (total Baht 2,501 million) in respect of the year 2000. This dividend was funded through a Short-term Multi-Currency Facility of USD 62 million equivalent, maturing 12 months after the first draw-down. On 11 October 2000, the company draw down Japanese Yen 6,700,000,000 on this facility. The loan bears interest at the rate of JPY LIBOR plus a margin of 1.5% per annum.
