BERLI JUCKER PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED Announces Interim Dividend Payment and reappointment of Audit Committee Members The Board of Directors of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited at a meeting No. 37 held on 24 August 2001 passed the following resolutions: 1. That the interim dividend payment in respect of the period from 1 January 2001 to 30 June 2001 will be Baht 0.40 per share and will be paid to the shareholders on 21 September 2001. 2. That the date for closing the company's share register for the right to receive the interim dividend will be 7 September 2001 at 12.00 hours. 3.
