13 November 2003 To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Change of Operating Results BJC notifies the Group's net income for the third quarter of 2003 was Baht 311.7 million and year-to-date was Baht 862.5 million, 133% and 76% increased from the same period in 2002 respectively. The increase was primarily due to increasing of sales 21% for the third quarter and 16% for the three quarter, mainly came from Packaging and Consumer Products businesses. In addition, the group's net income for 2002 was affected from the provision for loss in diminution of investment and loan to a related company of Baht 209.4 million.
