Acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Narong Srisa-an from his directorship, which will take effect as from 1 January 2008 onwards. 2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Prasert Maekwatana to be the director of the Company in replacement of the resigned director for the remaining term of his office. 3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Thirasakdi Nathikanchanalab and Mr. Prasert Maekwatana as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board. However, the appointment of director will be perfected by obtaining an approval granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and register the amendment of the director of the Company with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
