DEPOSITION OF SHARES IN BELL INTERNATIONAL

(Translation) BJC ANNOUNCES THE DISPOSAL OF SHARES IN BELL Berli Jucker Public Company Limited, on 2 October, 1998, agreed to dispose all 123,000 shares or 41% of the share capital in Bell International Surveryors & Adjusters Limited (BELL) at the selling price of Bt40.-. The registered capital of BELL is Bt3,000,000.- divided into 300,000 shares at Bt10.- each.
