BERLI JUCKER PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED ANNOUNCES YEAR-END DIVIDEND RATE The Board of directors of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited at meeting no. 26 held on 24 February, 1999 passed a resolution that the year-end dividend payment for the operations from 1 July, 1998 to 31 December, 1998 will be paid to shareholders on 31 May, 1999, subject to the Sub Committee of the board meeting to consider the final audited results for the year ended 31 December, 1998. The following is the final resolution: "The board of directors will propose a dividend payment of Baht0.50 per share for the operations from 1 July, 1998 to 31 December, 1998 to the next ordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on 30 April, 1999".
