COMPANY LIMITED TO RUBIA INVESTMENTS LIMITED, A SUBSIDIARY
Berli Jucker Public Company Limited would like to announce the disposal of securities in
Thai Glass Industries Public Company Limited to Rubia Investments Limited, a subsidiary
as follows:

of the proceeds received for the capital position in anticipation of debt
