24 February 2006 The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Bangkok Dear Sir, Re: Report of Group's Operating Results BJC notified the Group's net income of the year 2005 was Baht 956.0 million, representing a 19 percent decrease from year 2004. Consolidated sales of the year 2005 was Baht 14,932.6 million, increase by 1 percent compared to the year 2004. The decline of net income for the year 2005 due to the decrease of gross margin to 26 percent compare to 29 percent of year 2004, which affected by increasing of production cost by the higher price of fuel and raw materials and also the higher of interest expenses due to business expansion of the Group.
