Acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Thien Mekanontchai from his directorship and membership of Audit Committee, which will take effect as from 1 January 2008 onwards. 2. Amended the names and number of directors who can sign binding the Company to be as follows: "Directors who can sign binding the Company are as follows: "Either Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi or Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi signs and affix with the Company's seal or any other two of directors except Mr. Staporn Kavitanon and Mr. Weerawong Chittmittapap shall jointly sign and affix with the Company's seal. /Limitation of Directors' Authorities: None". The Board of Directors will select the qualified person to be appointed as director and member of Audit Committee in replacement of the resigned one and further inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand subsequently.
