Capital Contribution: 52,740,000 US Dollars. Ratio of Investment: 100% of capital contribution held by BJC Glass Company Limited (an indirect subsidiary established in Hong Kong SAR). Source of Fund: Capital contributed by BJC Glass Company Limited. Objective of Investment: Long-term investment to suit the Group's business plan. Benefit: Dividend, efficiency and productiveness of businesses. Transaction size: The afore-mentioned transaction size is lower than 15% which is not categorized as a transaction involving the acquisition & disposal of assets subject to information disclosure under the Notification of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Re:Information Disclosure and Procedures for Listed Companies'transaction Involving the Acquisition & Disposal of Assets B.E.2547. Remark, BJC Glass Company Limited (BJC Glass HK), incorporated in Hong Kong SAR, is an indirect subsidiary of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited through BJC International Company Limited which wholly owns of 100 percent of its total registered shares. BJC Glass HK has registered capital at approximately Baht 45,000 or 10,000 Hong Kong Dollar which are divided into 10,000 ordinary shares at par value of 1 Hong Kong Dollar each.
