14 July 2010 Subject Notification of the information in relation to the Issuance of the debentures No.1/2010 To The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand With reference to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.15 of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited held on April 26, 2007 which approved the debenture issuance and offering amount of not exceeding Baht 5,000 Million whether at once or severally. The Board of Directors and/or President and/or the person designated by the Board of Directors are empowered to negotiate any matters with respect to contracts and any others related documents together with any acts which are necessary or relevant to the issuance and offering of the debentures in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to, the consideration of conditions and other details of the debentures which will be issued each lot for example, par value, offering price per unit, interest, method of the allocation, details of an offering of the debentures to the secondary market, permission requirement from relevant authorities, an appointment of the debenture registrar and/or underwriter, and registration to The Thai Bond Market Association (TBMA) of such debentures in all respects. The Company has issued the first lot of the debentures on 2008 with total offering value to Baht 3,030 Million.Therefore, the remaining amount of debenture which the Company is entitled to issue and offer is Baht 1,970 Million. Subsequently, the Board of Directors Meeting No.5/2010 held on 24 June 2010 has unanimously approved the Company to issue the debentures in the amount of Baht 1,900 Million for which the Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SCB) is an underwriter, the significant details of the new issued debentures are as follows: 1.Debentures Name "Debentures of the Berli Jucker Public Company Limited No.1/2010 Redeemable due on 2015" 2.Type of Debentures Name registered, Unsubordinated, and Unsecured debentures without Debentures Holder's Representative. 3.Offering Method Offering to no more than 10 of the chosen private investors within limited period of 4 months. 4.Offer Amount 1,900,000 units (One Million and Nine Hundred Thousand units). 5.Par Value Baht 1,000 per unit (One Thousand Baht only). 6.Offering Price Baht 1,000 per unit (One Thousand Baht only). 7.Principal Amount Baht 1,900,000,000 (One Thousand Nine Hundred Million Baht only) 8.Issuing Date 14 July 2010 9.Maturity Date 9 July 2015 10.Interest Rate Fixed Rate at 3.45 percent per annum, with interest paid every 6 month period through its tenor. 11.
